Our security implementations include:

• SSL Certification
  All file transfers are protected by the use of up to 256SSL encryption provided by GoDaddy.
• Stored Files
  All audio and transcribed documents are stored on a fault tolerant server. Once stored in our main server, the files are also backed-up on a server at our office location, as well as multiple external hard-drives.
• Servers
  Our entire system is managed in a state-of-the-art data center. The Data Center is environmentally controlled and employs a fire suppression system, power redundancy, virus protection, and enterprise-level firewalls. It was architecturally designed to house heavy duty computer systems.
• Data Center
  The data center is monitored by a network operations team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year using the latest internal and external camera systems, and protected by badge reader access, security code, and biometric hand scanning.
• User Authentication
  Our applications are on per subscribed user basis. Each user is given his or her own username and password. If the operation is idle for ten minutes, the system automatically logs the user out of the system.
