How it works with a transcription service using our application suite:
- Author calls our toll-free 888 number to dictate.
- Audio files are sent directly from our dictation server onto a transcription platform. (Transferring audio files directly into another platform is an available customization. Setup fee and any recurring cost may vary.)
- Audio file gets transcribed by a transcriptionist.
- The transcribed document is then sent back to our server for author to retrieve.
- Both audio and document files are available on our system for 60 days. After 60 days, only document files are archived in our servers.
