Speech Smart - Dictation Module
This user id and password-protected physician interface is used by the health care facilities to send dictations and receive transcriptions with a click of a mouse. Physician dictates directly into the Digital voice recorder and transfer the voice files to Speech Smart on their pc that are then encrypted and automatically route them to our secure servers in USA . The voice files are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology before being accessed by the remote or in-house Transcriptionist. Web-based thin client architecture allows for onsite and remote access. Speech Smart is incorporated with an extensive range of features that optimize the dictation submission and acceptance process .

Digital Voice Recorders:
Dictation is captured with most of Olympus, Philips and any WAV file compatible digital voice recorders and PDA's. These recorders offer clarity and USB support for faster files transfer. Features like rewind, fast forward, insert, delete and listen add up to your convenience in dictating.
Digital voice Capture:
Dictation is recorded in digitalized sound rather than on scratchy cassette tapes, further enhancing transcription accuracy
Automatic File Upload:
Doctors can choose to automatically or manually upload the voice files from Speech Smart. New audio files will be uploaded as soon as the recorder is connected to your laptop, desktop or docking station.
Audio File Formats:
Our system is compatible with popular audio file types. The most popular include wav, and dss. These formats are smaller in size and possess better quality.
Secure Document Delivery:
Transcribed reports will be delivered through secure individual login from Speech Smart and/ or from secured web Interface and by email.
Email Delivery:
Dictations done by Speech Smart can also be emailed securely with our email encryption process.
Editing:
Dictations can be play backed and Transcribed reports can be reviewed simultaneously, edited and saved with the help of built in audio player before printing or/and storing.
Resend Jobs:
Instances when the transcriptions are not accurate to the expectations of the physician can be rejected and resend to the in house or remote transcriptionist without the need for dictating second time.
E-Signature:
Electronic Signature allows physicians to save time by avoiding the hassles of printing and signing every medical record manually. As soon as the physician is satisfied by the accuracy of the content, with a click of a mouse the documents are approved and delegated to the administrative staff remotely or onsite.
Tele Smart - Telephone Dictation
Tele Smart is a digital telephone dictation system accessed 24/7 using any touchtone land based and Mobile telephones by dialing a direct toll-free number. Sending dictations can be done from your home, office, and hospital or on the go. Dictation is recorded in digitalized sound rather than on scratchy cassette tapes, further enhancing accuracy. The voice files are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology before being accessed by the remote or in-house Transcriptionist. Tele Smart is incorporated with an extensive range of features that optimize the dictation submission method .

Pro Link - Web Based Workflow management Tool
Pro Link is a web interface between Speech Smart, Tele Smart and I Scribe . Pro link is online tool and can be used by the Physicians, Administrators, and Transcription managers in health care facilities and by the Medical Transcription Service Organizations to manage the dictation and transcription process efficiently. Authorized users can login to www.transcriptionunlimited.com/login.html using your User-ID and Password to monitor and view job status, business summary, document search, line count and various other workflow settings.

The physicians or the transcription managers can 24 hours/7 days a week, track the job status from their office or remote location to know the progress and exact locations of dictations and transcriptions.
Job Log:
Job log auditing capability is made available for every single job that passes through our secure database server. Date, hour, minute, seconds and name/s of the MT/QA/MTSO, Client, and Author who accessed the job are displayed for HIPAA audit.
Template Manager:
Add, modify, update and save single or multiple report templates online. Once saved, the transcriber for that individual physician's dictation automatically gets to open the templates. This prevents wrong selection of templates by the transcriber(s).
Document Management & Search:
Search for documents are made easy with selecting the search criteria like Patient Name, Medical Record Number, Physician Name, Status, Dictated Date, and much more. Every document is tracked and is available for monitoring.
Adding users:
Adding Authors, MT's and QA's (editors) is matter of minutes with this web interface. New user (client, author, MT Company, QA Company and QA) setup time is within few minutes.
Mapping:
Enables mapping of physicians to transcriber(s) within few minutes based on skill, specialty and work type.
Turn Around Time:
The hospital administration has the ability to check the actual Turn Around Time for each job based on the required predefined Turn Around Time. Helps in controlling the productivity of the transcribers and Transcription Company.
Line count Formula:
Enables to define different line count formulas based on the business metrics.

I Scribe - Transcription Module
This user id and password-protected transcriber/QA interface is used by the individual transcribers anywhere around the world to download dictations and upload transcriptions with a click of a mouse. Dictations done from Speech Smart and Tele Smart are streamed securely from our secure servers in US directly to the user who is accessing I Scribe. The voice files are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology before being accessed by the remote or in-house Transcriptionist. Transcriptionist need only a PC with Microsoft® Internet Explorer®, Word® and Internet connection, a foot pedal (optional) and sound card to transcribe or edit reports. I Scribe is incorporated with an extensive range of features that optimize the transcription and editing productivity .

Auto Assignment:
The transcriptionist automatically receives dictations by login in with user name and password, based on pre defined “Physician to Transcriptionist” mapping rules.
Audio Player:
Built in audio player enhances transcriptionist efficiency with flexible user defined controlling options such as F keys, foot pedal or mouse. Also, slow rewinding configurable feature that help in listening to voice files that have difficult accent or poor audio quality adds to productivity of individual MTs.
Template Manager:
Templates that are saved online by the administrator for that individual physician's dictation can be selected from multiple templates associated with that physician. This prevents wrong selection of templates by the transcriber(s).
Demographics:
Patient demographics like First Name, Last Name and MR# can be entered into a demographic box outside transcription when a transcriptionist opens the dictation dictated by the individual physician.
