MedEncrypt Web based Transcription solution is built on a scalable, secured, encrypted multi-tiered framework using robust tools like Oracle, ColdFusion and Visual C++. Thin Client applications are deployed on internet connected PC's to manage and encrypt audio file transmission. By separating the presentation, business logic and database layer we are able to easily scale our systems and offer low cost and "independently boxed" as well as shared Transcription solution to satisfy various client needs. All jobs (Audio File) once downloaded from the recording units are encrypted and uploaded to web server through our SpeechSmart client. IScribe, the transcriber's client has the key to decrypt the jobs for transcribing. Once the Transcribed document is completed documents are encrypted and uploaded to server. Thus all transmissions between the server and the client are conducted through secured and encrypted channels.
